RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGES:
Since our products are on “Made to measure” basis with options for customization they are not eligible for returns, replacements or exchanges, hence we do not offer any refund on the orders once placed.
Please note: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.
CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded unless the cancellation is done within 24 hours of placing the order.
Cancellation is only allowed on items which are “Not ready to ship” as mentioned in the product description.
CANCEL TRANSACTION:
The Company reserves the right to refuse to process / cancel Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Company or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
