All the products, labels, logo, and designs displayed on this website is the intellectual property of the Company as an Authorised User. Nothing contained within the website should be construed as granting any license or the right to use any trademark/trade name/design/copyright without the prior written consent of the owner of the website.
Except as expressly permitted in this Agreement, you shall not copy, alter, remove, delete, republish, post, display, translate, transmit, reproduce or distribute any content appearing on the Website without Just Needle It’s prior written consent.

The Company is not responsible for any damages resulting from use of this Website by anyone. You agree to use the Website only for purposes as stated hereinabove and that are permitted by, and in accordance with: (a) this Agreement; (b) the Privacy Policy; (c) the additional terms (if any); and/or (d) any applicable laws.
You shall not:

- Violate any applicable laws or regulations for the time being in force.
- Violate this Agreement, the Privacy Policy or any additional terms.
- Reverse engineer, modify, decompile, disassemble, or copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information contained on the Website provided by the Company (including, without limitation, any content) save as expressly permitted in this Agreement; and

- User shall not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy or monitor any portion of the Platform or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Platform or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Platform. We reserve Our right to bar any such activity.
IV. ORDERS:
This Website offers for sale on certain products (the “Products”) domestically (i.e. in India), and internationally if you purchase any Products, you will be responsible for paying any applicable tax, which will be elaborated at the time of checkout. You can register by clicking on the Registration Link and create an “Account” at our website. You may register as soon as you have finished shopping or check out as a Guest. Our registration process is fast, free, and will save you time for future purchases. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses, view and track your orders in your account and more. We take no responsibility for any order placed/ refund claimed by any minor, any person of unsound mind, unauthorized agents and/or any person otherwise incompetent to place such order/claim refund.
V. PAYMENTS:
Some of the sensitive personal information such as your bank account or credit or debit card or other payment instrument information is collected by us for rendering services.
You may opt for a payment method from under the following heads:

If your payment method has been declined, do one of the following:
- Confirm your credit/debit card number, expiration date, billing address, and phone number were entered correctly in Your Account.

Cancel transaction:
The Company reserves the right to refuse to process / cancel Transactions by Buyers with a prior history of questionable charges including without limitation breach of any agreements by Buyer with Company or breach/violation of any law or any charges imposed by Issuing Bank or breach of any policy.
VI. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY:
How long will it take for the order to reach me?
You can refer to the product description at the time of placing the order for estimated shipping and delivery timelines for both domestic and international orders. From the time of order placed with us, it takes about 6-8 days for domestic orders and 7- 10 days for international orders to reach you.
If you have placed an order with multiple items, please note that you order may arrive in multiple shipments.
Orders are packed and shipped between the working days viz: Monday – Friday only. Orders placed on weekends and selected public holidays are processed on the next business day. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment information, your order processing may be delayed by an additional 2-5 business days. Orders of “out of stock” item(s), may take an additional business day to process.
We ship from Mumbai to all territories in India except those PIN Codes not serviced by our Logistics Partner. The cost of shipping will be calculated and indicated at the time of Checkout. The price you see on the checkout page is inclusive of shipping costs and taxes as applicable. The product delivery time considering an easy order processing will be between 6-8 days.
What can I do if my order dispatch is delayed?
We will try our best to get your products to your doorstep within the estimated delivery time, however if a shipment does not arrive to you by the expected delivery date, please contact us on 022-69024242 or on 8655658311 and we shall try our best to resolve your queries.
My Order has been shipped, Can I Track it?
If you are unable to receive the delivery at the mentioned address, the order will be taken back and marked as not delivered. You can track the status of your order from the “My Account” Tab available on the Homepage of our website which shall give a personalized space to view and track all your orders with us.
Please note:
- Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.
- After they pass through the final round of quality check, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.
- Although we try our best to deliver your items during the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed. No extra handling charges will be charged to you at the time of delivery. Please do not make any such extra payments to anyone at the time of delivery.
VII. RETURN, REFUND & EXCHANGES:
Since our products are on “Made to measure” basis with options for customization they are not eligible for returns, replacements, or exchanges, hence we do not offer any refund on the orders once placed.
Please note: Product color may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources.
VIII. CANCELLATION OF ORDER:
Order once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded as we deliver products which are made to measure and eligible for customizations as mentioned in the clause “Return, refund and Exchanges”
Cancellation is only allowed on items which are “Not ready to ship” as mentioned in the product description only within 24 hours of placing it.
IX. ALTERATIONS:
We do provide a facility for alterations of the garments so ordered. Your first order will be protected by Just Needle It™ Guarantee and we will provide 1 free alteration or remake service if you face any fitting issues. For any subsequent alterations the alteration fees will be charged on the actual amounts incurred.
After all your first order fitting issues are amicably resolved we will update and save your final measurements. Therefore, for subsequent orders you can use your saved measurements. In case you need any changes, you can consult us or directly edit your measurements on “My Account” page. If there are any fitting issues in your subsequent orders, then we will examine them and work with you to resolve these issues.
X. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNTS:
Sale offers are valid for a limited time and are valid on online purchases only at https://justneedleit.com unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to change or cancel promotions or discounts at any time.
We reserve the right to introduce the Promotions (either individually or collectively) at intervals. While these general terms of this Promotions Policy set out our terms and conditions governing all of our Promotions, additionally we may also provide separate terms governing each one of the Promotions. While choosing to participate in the Promotions, you are, apart from this Promotions Policy, requested to peruse and understand the terms which govern such Promotions. We may provide the Promotions on a select range or on all our Products. Notwithstanding the terms of the Promotions, the Promotions will be operational only until stocks last, and we shall reserve the unconditional right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

This website’s entire liability, and your exclusive remedy, in law, in equity, or otherwise, with respect to the content and products and/or for any breach of this agreement is solely limited to the amount you paid, less shipping and handling charges paid for products purchased via the website. - The cost of procuring substitute products or content.
